More specific error message on IP blocked by firewall issue #214

Current Behavior
When you try to authenticate with a service account in a public cloud VM while you have a Cloud Providers Anonymous IP policy set in your 1Password firewall, the Python exception message is Exception: authentication error: you don't have the right permissions to access this resource.
Desired Behavior
The error message should give more clue on the fact that is a firewall policy issue. Like the error message returned by the op CLI: [ERROR] 2026/02/20 10:52:58 (403) Forbidden (Firewall Rule): The IP address of your SCIM bridge was blocked by a 1Password firewall rule.
Benefits & Value
Less debugging time and lack of understanding when the same service account x SDK code is working on development environment but not on production.
