CustomizationLock because of RecycleBinOperation or SolutionOperation #7
Description
Every metadata change triggers a RecycleBinOperation Async System Job. This locks and fails any customization (related to the same table).
The same can occur on global solution import, export, delete, upgrade, etc.
Should Metadata cmdlets have an option to wait for locking opeations on table or from solution?
