Modify handling of Sony Venice color spaces #168
Description
At the ACES meeting today, there was discussion about Sony phasing out the Venice version of their color spaces.

Possible actions would include:
- Modifying the family attribute to put them under a Legacy hierarchy
- Putting them in the inactive_colorspaces list
- Decide on a timeline for when to remove them from the config
