1. Could this software optimize RNA folding energy? Where is it reflected and how are the RNAfold_mfe results output?
   RNAfold_MFE function from ViennaRNA package41 to compute the minimal folding energy for the RNA structure.

2. Could you add a function to exclude DNA enzyme cleavage sites? such as HindIII/EcoRI....
