Error in splicing variants wrt the reference full-length transcript

In the CDS annotation program (CCDS.c) the detection of the splicing variants wrt the reference full-length is not compatible to the gene strand when the strand is negative. Check this bug referring to gene MTCP1 (job 182, list 4498).
