Approximate deprecation ETA: March 2025

Redis is not maintained and updated in the Azure Linux / Mariner 2.0 any more, the last udpate was two years ago. This package removal will remove these binaries:

redis-benchmark
redis-check-aof
redis-check-rdb
redis-cli
redis-sentinel
redis-server

Closing as redis has now been removed from Cloud Shell in #525. Please continue to utilize this thread for feedback if this change has disrupted your workloads.
