[BUG] Audience https://ai.azure.com is not a supported MSI token audience

Observed Behavior

Audience https://ai.azure.com is not a supported MSI token audience.
Interactive authentication is needed. Please run:
az login --scope https://ai.azure.com/.default

Added to the image and will be part of mid June release. It will work for insiders.vscode.dev/azure, but not Portal until further changes are made.
