To Reproduce
AZ-104 > Create VM or Create Disk

az vm create --name support-web-vm01 --image Canonical:UbuntuServer:16.04-LTS:latest --size Standard_DS1_v2 --admin-username azureuser --generate-ssh-keys
## Observed Behavior
Cannot create resources due to authorization issues.

no, even on the Azure Portal I do not have auths to create resources.
