[BUG] subscription client - alias creation has no additional properties field

Describe the bug
When creating an alias with the Resource Manager Subscription client, it is not possible to specify the additionalProperties in order to assign the subscription to a management group and and an owner immediately.

Expected behavior
The PutAliasRequestProperties model should contain a field for the additional properties, which can also be set via the fluent API.

Setup (please complete the following information):

• OS: MacOS
• IDE: IntelliJ
• Library/Libraries: com.azure.resourcemanager:azure-resourcemanager-subscription:1.0.0
• Java version: 25
• App Server/Environment: local
• Frameworks: Quarkus

Current package is generated from 2020-09-01

The additionalProperties was added in 2021-10-01
https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/blob/main/specification/subscription/resource-manager/Microsoft.Subscription/stable/2021-10-01/subscriptions.json#L710

We will check if Java go release a new lib based on 2021-10-01
