Add the ability of checking which Biome the player is standing in #335

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I'd like to add additional incentivisation for players to change biomes through Island Challenges.
Describe the solution you'd like.
Island Challenges to have an option which tracks what biome the player is currently standing in
Describe alternatives you've considered.
Tried to track surrounding block count, but it's not intuitive for a player who has changed their biome and not manually placed blocks.
Agreements
- I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open issue regarding this.
- I have ensured the feature I'm requesting isn't already in the latest supported BentoBox build or Addons.
