Implement dynamic Types

I want to be able to create object types which I can then display in views, based on the available fields.

I need to decide on the names for these features. A field can be a Dimension (maybe too complicated?). An object has fields, what's a collection of Dimensions? A matrix? Bit on the nose. Maybe a Note has Lines?

How about Types, which have names, Fields, and Views?

This has been implemented in the Screens/Displays/Types/Fields functionality. This will be continuously improved on, so please make suggestions.
