Requesting permission to fork as gplv2+

I am a Fedora contributor and have been using your secure-kickstart.cfg and a few others for the STIG friendly bits, but have decided and been asked to make a similar repo but this one for Fedora.  I generally run my works as gplv2+ or gplv3.  Officially requesting permission to gpl2 > gpl2+ (or preferably gpl3+)
