Advice for greater sensitivity to translocations with CuteSV

I'm currently running some tests with LRA+CuteSV, and I'm looking for 1-2 known translocations, but LRA+CuteSV isn't able to find it. I was wondering if either of you had thoughts on how to get LRA+CuteSV to call more translocations.

Are you using public data? If possible, could you provide the data link and the locations of the translocations you are looking at? I can check if lra misses the translocations and which parameters can improve that.

The data we're using is not public unfortunately - I'm working to see if I can find you a public dataset.
