LRA version in conda

Hi!

It seems there is an incongruence between version installed through conda and the version provided by -version option. I recently updated my environment to the last LRA version (v1.3.1) but when I use command line to check version it says v1.3.0 although when checking version installed in my conda environment it is 1.3.1.

$lra -version
Program: lra (long sequence alignment)
Version: V1.3.0

$conda list
lra 1.3.1 ha140323_0 bioconda

It would be useful if this is fixed and also if you can confirm if the version in conda is actually v1.3.1. Many thanks!

Hi @biorococo,

Thanks for reporting this! I think I forgot to update version number in the code. So when you type lra -version, it should be V1.3.1 instead of V1.3.0. The current bioconda lra is actually V1.3.1. I'll fix this asap.

The latest lra on conda is v1.3.4, while the latest lra on github is v1.3.6. Would it be possible to update the lra version on conda in near future? Thx in advance!
