file formate of updated danbing-tk-pred ?

Thank you for this excellent tool. I noticed that you have updated the process and added automatic bias correction. But I have two question abot INPUT files of danbing-tk-pred:

Question1 :
INPUT1: metadata of *.tr.kmers files, consisting of 2 columns.
col1: *.tr.kmers file name
col2: read depth
Is the col2 of INPUT1 the mean read depth of the bam file or the mean read depth of TR regions in bam files?

Question2:
INPUT2: invariant kmers of an RPGG build
What do the rows and columns of this "ikmer.meta.txt" file represent? How can I get invarint kmer sequence?
