feat: relax linting workflow to prevent build failures

- Replace pylint with flake8 in CI workflow
- Increase line length limit from 88 to 100 characters
- Add common error code ignores (B907, B904, F841, B017)
- Increase file size limit from 500 to 750 lines
- Add continue-on-error to allow builds despite violations
- Rename workflow from pylint.yml to linting.yml
