Unstackable Items not consumed correctly in Manual Crafter

When making a recipe using a Manual Crafter if it has unstackable items such as Matter Annihilators or more notably Robotic Arms it needs the correct amount but only consumes one

Alright i fixed it in my fork, it seems to be a pretty minor bug (affecting only a small minority of recipes, cannot be automated) so there is no rush to merge/adopt the fix
