Add PDF viewer implementation with example screenshots

Implement a PDF viewer component using ClojureScript with the following features:
- Core PDF viewer functionality in pdf_viewer.cljs
- Supporting Clojure code in pdf_viewer.clj
- Include 4 example screenshots demonstrating the viewer in action

This adds the ability to view and interact with PDF documents within
the application.
