Unable to drag and drop multiple images inside the upload box.

Describe the bug
Unable to drag and drop multiple images inside the upload box, but dropping them on the ‘+’ button works. Dropping inside the upload box area does not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Upload Papers
2. Try drag and drop Multiple Images inside the Upload area
3. Try drag and drop Multiple images on the + button

Expected behavior
After the first image is dropped, the other images cannot be dropped inside the upload box. But works when we place our cursor on the '+' button and drop the image.
