Instructions for compiling with gfortran

The current gnu fortran compiler is gfortran, not g77. The Fortran code can be compiled with

`gfortran -ffixed-line-length-none RF4_cmdLearnPre_realNoMiss.f`

I suggest mentioning this on the Readme.md. Thanks for your project.
