Handle fail renaming #29
Description
When the renaming fails, nothing is prompted to indicate this occured. Add some failure checks. This is to handle the case of UGANDA where there is an empty table called EnvironmentalSampling. It should prompt to me that this table exist and ask if I want to replace.
