Add upload/download worker command line argument #326
Description
The number of workers can be changed for the upload and download commands via the .ddsclient config file. This can be a challenge for some users. Add an optional argument to these two commands to control the number of workers. Typically the number of workers is adjusted when a user has a really slow internet connection.
