Misspelled downloadURL and accessURL #425
Description
The downloadUrl and accessUrl fields in resourceconfig should be spelled with uppercase "URL" to confirm to dcat.
If fixing this, the old names should be kept (but could raise a DeprecationWarning) in order to not break existing code.
