Add `dlite` toggle upon creation

It would be great to have a boolean cookiecutter configuration option to implement DLite-specific parts in the demo strategies and dependencies.

It would add `oteapi-dlite` as a dependency and also implement usage of `oteapi_dlite.utils.get_collection()` and `oteapi_dlite.models.DLiteSessionUpdate` for `initialize()` and `get()` methods where applicable, essentially.
