On-chain funds stuck (Script failed an OP_EQUALVERIFY operation)

1. I connected to my Core Lightning node with Zeus wallet over CLNRest
2. Generated and address in Zeus to fund the wallet.
3. Sent funds to that wallet.
4. Tried to open a channel with said funds and got an error:

6. After that I tried to make an on-chain transaction to move the funds to another wallet, but the same error occurred.
7. Then I tried to use lightning-cli to withdraw the funds. Same error.

Currently:

1. I can see the funds in the addresses that lightning-cli listfunds lists.

What causes this?

What are the status, blockheight, reserved, and reserved_to_block values for this transaction?

Currently they are:

         "status": "confirmed",
         "blockheight": 928710,
         "reserved": false

But if I try to move the funds I get that same error and they become reserved again.

All my failed channel opens are still there though. They're in CHANNELD_AWAITING_LOCKIN but the funding transactions are nowhere to be found on my node or in a block explorer.

I have a similar problem. Same core lightning version. I get the following error when I try to withdraw.
