Add voting restrictions to the map vault #128
Description
Quote from slack:
Justify: So there is a little voting war been going on in the map vault. Now all new maps get a bad/extraordinary rating. Some have more votes then plays. Since this part of the client isn't on github, could anyone change the map rating system to include a restriction of at least 5 plays before one can vote on it?
Not sure if possible, but it would be great if each of these plays are at least 10 minutes long.
