Describe what happened

It used to work fine until today. I cloned the entire drive because I bought a new one, and after that, the mod build stopped working. It gets stuck on the "Registering xycraft: stages" and "Registering xycraft: systems" screens. I gave Minecraft 9GB of RAM. Also, after I closed Minecraft, no logs appeared, except once.

Steps to reproduce

1. I open the launcher
2. I'm starting modpack
3. The build starts up to the screen I described
4. Then it gets stuck

If you install a second copy of the modpack, do you run into the same issue of it not loading up?
This is just to rule out any possible issues after cloning the drive
