Add SP approval status to Service Table

Feature Description

Add key information from https://filecoin.services/providers that shows which Storage Providers (SPs) are approved.

Problem It Solves

Users currently cannot see which SPs are approved when viewing the Service Table, which is crucial information for making informed decisions about storage providers.

Proposed Solution

Display SP approval status in the Service Table, similar to how it's shown on https://filecoin.services/providers.
