Incorrect version info retrieved by workflow

I think this step here is not retrieving the version correctly:

, I haven't verified it though.

Once we can echo the proper version without the commit sha then we should be able to publish properly.

I do not know why, but ProductVersion is 0.0.1+c4b848d616a374126280d7d9d096ecda79854548. And now I add FileVersion property and it can be used for version retrieving.
