Rocket/sticky jump handling causes self-bleed (Basher/Three-Rune) to always play Scout pain noises instead of the current class's pain noises #125

Self-bleed is triggering the rocket_jump/sticky_jump handling, which swaps the attacker (which is also the victim) to Scout for a bit, which ends up playing the Scout pain voiceline to the local player (unsure if other players hear Scout or actual class) instead of the correct class's pain voiceline.
