Shields crit/minicrit improperly

Shields take further to crit than they should and will not work with non-demos without shield bashing the victim.

I'm not sure if 2c5f181 fixed what you said, but I noticed some weapons does not give minicrit effect, eg fists. I've already spent hours trying to fix it but never got it working.
