Rename "CalDAV" to "Accounts"

Feature description

Settings > CalDAV offers access to calendars provided by accounts on the device (through Android's Calendar Provider). It doesn't offer any CalDAV functionality though, so why is it labeled as such?

I propose renaming the items to something like:

Accounts

Use external calendars                              (⬤   )

Also, the first question in About ➜ Frequently asked questions should be updated to reflect this change.

Why do you want this feature?

The current naming is incorrect and confusing, as demonstrated in SufficientlySecure/birthday-calendar#125 for example, which motivated me to create this issue.

"Accounts" doesn't seem like the best long-term replacement. We have:

• CalDAV (preference category)
• CalDAV sync
• Manage synced calendars
• Manage calendars

All these need to be reconsidered/updated. The whole thing could be merged into a single "Manage calendars" screen, but I need more brain compute to think about that.

Ah, indeed.

As an alternative... if you don't have the time to come up with and implement a merged approach anytime soon, reorganizing existing menu items into a dedicated Calendars section and renaming some of them could be done fairly quickly I think?

For example:

Calendars

Manage calendars
Manage quick filter calendars
Use external calendars                              (   ⬤)
Select calendars to sync
Enable pull-to-refresh from the top        (⬤   )
