Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open a text file that isn't saved locally (e.g., Google Drive)
  2. Tap the Save button
  3. See Save as dialog

Expected behavior

Save to the original file.

Actual behavior

The Save as dialog is displayed with no possibility to save to the original location.

Additional information

This was spotted in #277, but the bug was technically already there since one could never save to such locations.
