Feature description
A new edit tool could be added which shrinks an image to below a given maximum file size (in kB or MB)
I imagine this would perform a combination of reducing the image quality and resolution. We already have a tool to change the resolution of an image, so I think these two features would complement each other
Why do you want this feature?
When uploading images to websites or to an email there is often a file size limit. It would be useful to have a simple way to reduce the file size of an image
Image Toolbox has this functionality but it has too many options and the UX is too complicated for me to suggest it to non-tech savvy people. So for Fossify Gallery, I think it would ideally be a simple box which just asks for the maximum file size and then saves the new file
