How did you install the app?

F-Droid / IzzyOnDroid

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Install App
2. Set as default Message App
3. Check App Permissions ( for Example Power Saving Settings)
4. Send Message from anohter Device, or use second eSIM, that is disabled when sending Message from primargy SIM, Reboot Device, enable Second eSIM.

Expected behavior

Android Notification for new Message

Actual behavior

No Notification for new SMS Messages, need to manually open Message App.
