[remark-capitalize-titles] Bug: Plug-In has an error in starlight versions 0.27.0 and above.

Receiving an error message when upgrading Starlight which seems to be coming from some sort of incompatibility between this plugin and the newest versions. It starts happening with starlight version 0.27.0 and above. Root may be contained in a patch between 0.26.0 and 0.27.0, as I did not check the patches.

This is preventing us from using several other packages for Starlight which require newer versions to run.

New Info:

• This issue actually has been happening on build since Starlight 0.24.3 (current version on the edu repo) and version 0.0.7 of the plugin (current version on the edu repo). However it does not prevent the site from building.
• if you upgrade either Starlight (even to 24.4) OR the plugin (0.0.8+), the site stops building or displaying a dev preview.
