Description
I just notized that some of the figures in the documentation are displayed with an unexpected rotation:
- https://docs.generic-mapping-tools.org/dev/tutorial/bash/session-1.html#eckert-iv-and-vi-projection
- https://docs.generic-mapping-tools.org/dev/tutorial/bash/session-4.html#multi-dimensional-maps
- https://docs.generic-mapping-tools.org/dev/reference/map-projections.html#universal-transverse-mercator-utm-projection-ju-ju
This is not the case for GMT 6.5:
- https://docs.generic-mapping-tools.org/6.5/tutorial/bash/session-1.html#eckert-iv-and-vi-projection
- https://docs.generic-mapping-tools.org/6.5/tutorial/bash/session-4.html#multi-dimensional-maps
- https://docs.generic-mapping-tools.org/6.5/reference/map-projections.html#universal-transverse-mercator-utm-projection-ju-ju
I remember that also on the GMT forum users reported an unexpected rotations of figures in the last time, e.g., https://forum.generic-mapping-tools.org/t/plot-is-getting-cutoff/5976/5?u=yvonnefroehlich.
