Remove "order" array from functionalities.json

**What**: remove "order" array on [line 2](https://github.com/GovStackWorkingGroup/machine-readable-specs/blob/af6c89a32c75918714bdda2c73229c134538d813/data/specs/wallet/functionalities.json#L2) of functionalities.json

**Why**: arrays can be called by order so it is not needed
