How to download data from HyperNets?

I would like to download some data from water HyperNets. According to the instructions:

Access to data requires registration by completing the [contact form](https://waterhypernet.org/contact/), providing email address and full name. Registered users will be provided with a data access password and will be kept informed of processing updates, events and data archive expansion by email.

I followed the instructions and tried to submit the contact form, but I received a 403 Forbidden error, indicating that I don’t have permission to submit it.

Is there an alternative way to register or request access to the data?
