Unhandled Minecraft name case #1
Description
IsPlayerBanned() sometimes throws a "Missing arg" error message.
This may comes from "blank" Minecraft names, perhaps following a name change in Mojang registry.
This situation should be handled before calling IsPlayerBanned() as nothing useful can be done from here...
