Lo L2 - Add energy delta to geometric factors anc file

### Algorithm Description:

Add the species specific Lo energy deltas to the geometric factor csv.

When working on the related PR, it looked to me like the unit issue would have been more easily identified if the energy delta values are stored in the geometric factor ancillary file. Check with Lo and add a column in those files for the energy delta.
