Date picker in Date filter UI of Grids- arrows for previous and next are not working

Description

After selecting a date to filter via the Date Filter, for a date column, arrows for previous and next are not working.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open sample at: https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/grid/column-types#angular-column-types-example
2. Open the date filter for Order Date

3. Select some condition, like After. 4. In the UI, select a date from the Calendar.

5. Now when you open it again, the arrows to change the month no longer work.

Result

Arrows for previous and next month are not working.

Expected result

They should work.
