I'm not sure myself as we don't test arclight. What exactly is not working?

its working i see i switched on mohist it works on real minecraft seed but we are using custom world map and the ores are literrally visible

Can you provide a screenshot of the ores so I can better picture it? If my guess is correct that you should only see surface ores (ores that have at least one neighboring air block) which is the default config and to be expected.
