Parsing large compressed gRPC stream can lead to unexpected exception

When querying a large amount of data, a com.google.protobuf.InvalidProtocolBufferException may occur.

This issue appears to be related to the handling of large compressed gRPC streams.

The issue was caused on the server side when it started sending responses in a compressed format together with possibly wrong implementation of handling the compressed gRPC streams (see #305). We’ll continue the investigation on after we finish the other EARs.
