Hi,
I am doing my research in Reinforcement Learning and I read your paper "A bio-inspired Reinforcement Learning Rule to Optimize Dynamical Neural Networks for Robot Control". I am basically trying to run your code but it is impossible. Is it possible to send me some basic instructions about the code in this repository and how I am going to run it in my pc? Could you also send me something in order to help me understand your whole process because I do not understand correctly how you train your network without any libraries(Keras, Torch, TensorFlow, etc...)?
