[BUG] TcoCognexVision.TcoDataman_v_5_x_x Read task fails after ClearResultData() #24

Describe the bug
Read task fails unless there is a 500ms delay between ClearResultsData() and Read()
Expected behavior
Read must work after ClearResultsData() without additional delay set by application programmer, if the delay is necessary, it must be part of the component.
