feat: remove outdated AutoAgents API findings and implementation summary documents

- Deleted AUTOAGENTS_API_FINDINGS.md as it is no longer relevant due to significant API changes.
- Removed AUTOAGENTS_IMPLEMENTATION_SUMMARY.md to streamline documentation following the completion of the integration phase.
