Remove dependency on pynrrd #51
Description
Pynrrd is behind numpy which deprecated the bool8 datatype, so import of pynrrd now fails. Other than zarr, IO should not be an essential function of bigstream, which relies on numpy and zarr arrays as the primary input/output.
