Fix `hemm`, `herk` and `her2k` tests that cause AppleAccelerate to fail

We pass incorrect inputs to these functions in our testsuite, that causes AppleAccelerate tests to fail (since we expect the same results on incorrect inputs then across all BLAS providers).

Need to fix the tests as discussed in JuliaLinearAlgebra/AppleAccelerate.jl#87 (comment)
