Version number is not changed in Releases v2.4.8.1-10519

Describe the bug
Version number is still 2.4.5.1 (Prelim) even if I build the code Releases v2.4.8.1-10519.

To Reproduce
Build, install and run ltfs --version

Expected behavior
2.4.8.1 (10519) appears.

You have releaded v2.4.8.1-10519. But version number is not changed at all.

Please update the version number in the configure.ac to 2.4.8.1 (10519) and release. After that you need to change configure.ac again like 2.4.9.0 (Prelim)

Should the version of LTFS_LABEL_VERSION_STR and LTFS_INDEX_VERSION_STR change too? I don't think so, just to double check
